Bu araştırmanın amacı öğretmen adaylarının kişilik özelliklerinin sosyal girişimcilik özelliklerini yordama düzeyini tespit etmektir. Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 20013-2014 eğitim öğretim yılında İnönü üniversitesi eğitim fakültesinde farklı bölümlerde öğrenim gören 403 4.sınıf öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplamada beş faktör kişilik ölçeği ve öğretmen adaylarının sosyal girişimcilik ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde Korelasyon analizi, regresyon analizi ve adım adım regresyon analizi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlar şu şekildedir; öğretmen adaylarının dışadönüklük, deneyime açıklık, özdenetimli, uzlaşmacı kişilik özellikleri ile sosyal girişimcilik düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. The purpose of this research is to identify the level of the personality characteristics of the teacher candidates in the social entrepreneurial characteristics. Relational scan model was used in the research. The universe of research is formed by 403 4th grade teachers candidates who study in different departments in the Inönü University's educational faculty in the 20013-2014 educational year. The data collection used five factors personality scale and the social entrepreneurship scale of the teacher candidates. In data analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and step-by-step regression analysis methods have been used. The results obtained in the study are as follows: the teacher candidates have been found to have a positive and meaningful relationship between externality, experience-open, self-controlled, consensual personality characteristics and social entrepreneurship levels. There was no connection between the neurotic personality characteristics and the level of social entrepreneurship. The result of the regression analysis is externalized and tested.
The purpose of this research is to determine the predictive level of social entrepreneurial characteristics of personality characteristics of prospective teachers. Relational model was used in this study. The universe of the research consists of 403 senior prospective teaching students studying in different faculties of education at İnönü university in 20013-2014 academic year. Five factor personality scale and social entrepreneurship scale of prospective teachers was used in data collection. In data analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, stepwise regression analysis methods were used.The results obtained in this study are as follows; the prospective teachers have been found to have a significant positive correlation between their personality traits such as extraversion, openness to experience, self-control, reconciliation and their social entrepreneurship levels.
