Abstract:

It is seen that people who has studied tourism education don’t continue with long-term in tourism sector and can’t be fully motivated to work after the education time. When It is considered that vocational school smeet sthelarge partneeds of sector’s employee, This research becomes more of an issue. In this context, Tourism students with pre-bachelor’s degree satisfaction level shave been measure dand compared. 325 student in department of tourism of Beypazarı Vocational School of Ankara University and Yalvaç Vocational High School of Süleyman Demirel University participated to research. As a result, It is determined that students have come to deparment caressively and willingfully but after they have begun to education, they have felt anxiety for their future, and dreaded from inability to find a joband not to maintain their family well after graduation.
