So many results that aren't mine?

Küreselleşen ve küçülen dünyamız internet kullanımının da artması ile hayatın çok hızlı yaşandığı bir hal almıştır. İnternetin 1995 yılından itibaren geniş kitleler tarafından kullanıma başlanması ile firmalar da bu değişime katıldılar. Gelişen iletişim teknolojileri ile beraber toplumsal hayatta etkilenmiştir. İnternetin popüler olarak kullanılmaya başlanması ile bilinme ve tanınma isteği ön plana çıkmaya başlamış ve insanlar farklı araçlar ile iletişime ve etkileşime daha açık hale gelmişlerdir. Kişisel internet sitelerinin yerini blog siteleri ve sosyal medyanın alması ile artık internet kullanıcıları tek yönlü değil çok yönlü iletişime geçmişlerdir. İletişim ve etkileşimin hızlanması ile firmalar sadece kendi sitelerinde değil müşterilerinin olduğu her ortamda bulunmak zorunda kalmışlardır. Bu çalışma ile Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren Turkcell, Vodafone ve Avea GSM operatörlerinin sosyal medyada ki performansları ve politikaları karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmeye çalışılmıştır.

Our globalized and smaller world has become a state where the use of the internet has grown very quickly. As the Internet began to be used by large crowds since 1995, companies have also participated in this change. It has been influenced by advanced communication technologies in society. With the popularity of the internet, the desire to know and recognize has begun to come to the forefront and people have become more open to communication and interaction with different means. With the replacement of personal websites by blog sites and social media, the internet users are no longer one-way, but multiple communications. With the acceleration of communication and interaction, companies have been forced to be present not only in their own sites, but in every environment where their customers are. This study has been aimed at comparing the performance and policies of Turkcell, Vodafone and Avea GSM operators operating in Turkey on social media.

With Globalization and increasing internet usage Social life is changing faster than any other time period. Since 1995 with increasing of the internet usage by mass companies firms also participated in this change. Social life is effected along with communication technologies. Recognition requests began to come to the fore and internet users have become more open to communication and interaction with different tools. İn consideration of social media sites and blogs have taken place of personal websites ,now internet users can utilize versatile communication. The acceleration of communication and interaction, firms have had to exist in any environment where the customer. In this study, GSM operators Turkcell, Vodafone and Avea have been studied in comparison performance and policies in the social media.
