With the transformation of the world into a common market area and the contribution of improvements in the transport networks, a way of life in which travel becomes more narrow, more comprehensive and millions of people are constantly moving is spread throughout the world. With the effect of liberalization and privatization that arises by the gradual disappearance of state ownership in airlines and the practices of abolition of national or international regulations, the airports and terminals, which are the air transport infrastructure, have also been privatised. The research was conducted to identify the factors that make up the quality of terminal service for passengers and to identify the impact of these factors on the quality of terminal service. Through the scale developed by the researcher, the detective factor analysis was made to identify the factors that form the quality of the terminal service, and then the second level (top level) verifying factor analysis was made to model development strategy.
Travels have become more frequent and comprehensive as millions of people are constantly moving all over the world as a way of life due to the transformation of the world into a common global market and the contribution of improvements in transportation networks.
