Abstract:

Mobbing kadın ya da erkek herkesimden çalışanı derinden etkileyen bir süreçtir. Bu çalışmada, kadınların mobbing kapsamında yaşadıkları mağduriyet hikayelerine yer verilmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda olgubilimsel (fenomonolojik araştırma) yöntem kullanılmıştır. Özel sektörde çalışan 4 kadın çalışan ile gönüllülük esasına göre ortalama 1,5 saat süren görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Sahadan edinilen verilere göre kadınların kadın olmalarından kaynaklı cam tavan sendromu, kraliçe arı sendromu ile karşı karşıya kalarak, hamilelik, kadınlık, annelik rollerinin bu süreçte kendilerine karşı koz olarak kullanıldığı söylenebilir. Yatay ve dikey mobbingin paralel olarak yol aldığı, kadının cinsiyetine özgü vurgulamaların kadınlar tarafından da yapıldığı görülmüştür. Ayrıca kadın yöneticilerin kadınlara daha şiddetli mobbing yaptığı, kadınlar arasındaki mobbingin kişiselleştiği ve dedikodu mekanizması ile mobbingin ivme kazandığı gibi bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Abstract:

Mobbing is a process which deeply affects not only female but also male employees. This study involves mobbing-related victimhood stories of women. To this end, phenomenological research method was used. Interviews which lasted for 1.5 hour in average were conducted with 4 voluntary female employees who work in private sector. According to the data obtained from the sector, we can say that women encounter glass ceiling and queen bee syndromes which arise from their being female and pregnancy, womanhood and motherhood roles are used against women in this process. It was also observed that vertical and horizontal mobbing types function in parallel with each other, emphasis on the gender of woman is made by women as well. In addition, it was found that female managers use more severe mobbing on women; mobbing among women gets personalized and it gains momentum with gossip mechanism. In this study, this situation is conceptualized as "pink abuse"
