21. yüzyıl, ilerleyen teknolojinin her geçen gün yeni çığırlar açmasıyla bir dijitalleşme ve kolaylık çağı olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu çağ, faydalı taraflarının yanı sıra küreselleşme ve tek tipleşme tehlikesini de beraberinde getirerek kültürel yozlaşmalara zemin hazırlamaktadır. İnsanlığın içerisinde bulunduğu dijitalleşme ve teknoloji çağı, birçok halk kültürü ürününün varlık ve icra alanını daraltmış, bir kısmının ise tarihe karışmasına sebep olmuştur. Masallar da halk kültürü unsurları arasında anlatma geleneğinin tehlike altında olduğu ve zamanla unutulmaya başlayan türlerin başında gelmektedir. Çocukları için vakit bulamadığı için masal anlatamayan ancak masalların eğitim ve çocuk dünyasındaki önemini bilen ebeveynler, bu anlatma işini akıllı telefon uygulamalarına devretmekte ve kolaylıkla, çocuklarının masallardan faydalanmasına imkân sağlamaktadır. Google Play Store üzerinden indirilen onlarca farklı uygulamalar vasıtasıyla çocuklarına masal dinletme veya oradaki masal metinlerini okuyarak aktarma son yıllarda yaygınlaşmıştır. Bu yolla, masal anlatım ortamı, elektronik aygıtlar üzerinden sürdürülebilir olmaktadır. Ancak, bahsi geçen akıllı telefon uygulamalarının masal kaynaklarını tamamıyla internet ortamından edinmesi, birtakım tehlikeleri de beraberinde getirmektedir. Daha önce literatürde yer almayan ve bu alanda ilk defa gerçekleştirilecek olan bu çalışmada, Google Play Store’da yer alan masal uygulamaları incelenecek ve bunların Türk masallarından faydalanıp faydalanmadığı ele alınacaktır. Elde edilen sonuçlardan hareketle, akıllı telefon uygulamalarında Türk masallarının ne şekilde kullanılabileceği, eksiklikler, tehlikeler ve yanlışlar tartışılarak Türk masalları lehine birtakım teklifler sunulacaktır.
The 21st century is facing us as an age of digitalization and ease of ease, with the advanced technology opening new spots every day. This age, in addition to its beneficial aspects and the danger of globalization and unification, is preparing the ground for cultural corruption. The age of digitalization and technology within mankind has shrinked the existence and implementation of many folk cultures, and some have caused the history to be interfered. Stories also come to the beginning of the species where the tradition of telling among the popular cultural elements is in danger and begins to be forgotten over time. Parents who cannot tell stories because they can’t find time for their children but know the importance of stories in the education and children’s world, transfer this story work to the smart phone apps and make it easy for their children to take advantage of stories. Through dozens of different apps downloaded through the Google Play Store, listening to the stories to their children or reading the stories text there has become widespread in recent years. In this way, the narrative environment can be sustainable through electronic devices. However, the fact that the aforementioned smartphone apps are getting the story resources completely from the internet environment, brings a number of dangers with them. This study, which has not previously been included in literature and will be carried out for the first time in this field, will study the fairy tale applications in the Google Play Store and will discuss whether they are benefited from Turkish fairy tales. Based on the results obtained, a number of proposals will be presented for the benefit of Turkish fairy tales, discussing the weaknesses, dangers and errors, and how Turkish fairy tales can be used in the smart phone applications.
The 21st century emerges as a period of digitalization and convenience, with new breakthroughs in advancing technology every day. This era, which is experiencing a new development every day, prepares the ground for cultural corruption by bringing its beneficial sides as well as the danger of globalization and one-way. The era of digitalization and technology, which humanity is in, has narrowed the existence and execution of many folk culture products and caused some of them to become history. Folktales in which the tradition of telling is endangered are at the beginning of the species that are forgotten over time. Parents who cannot tell folktales for their children but who know the importance of the educational and children's world are handing over this storytelling tradition to smartphone applications, allowing their children to benefit from folktales. Over the last few years, it has become common to play to folktales to children or telling folktales to children through dozens of different applications downloaded from the Google Play store. In this way, the storytelling environment is sustainable through electronic devices. The transfer of Turkish folktales to children through ever-changing and developing technological possibilities is of great importance in the 21st century. In this study, which is not included in the literature and will be held for the first time in this field, the folktales in the Google Play Store will be examined and whether they benefit from Turkish fairy tales. In addition to that, deficiencies, hazards and mistakes will be discussed through the results obtained. Thus, a number of proposals will be presented for the Turkish fairy tales on how the Turkish fairy tales can be used in smartphone applications.
