Bu çalışmada, öğretmenlerin bakış açısına göre öğrenen örgüt ile eğitim liderliği arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla çalışmanın örneklemini Ankara ilinde şu an aktif olarak çalışan 94 ilköğretim okulu öğretmeni ve 65 lise öğretmeni olmak üzere toplam 159 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri literatür taraması, anket ve bilgi formu ile toplanmıştır. Şişman (2004) tarafından okul yöneticilerinin eğitim liderliği rolü üzerine yaptığı araştırma amacıyla gerçekleştirilen anket bu çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak belirlenmiştir. Veriler SPSS 20 istatistiksel araştırma programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonunda, öğretmenlerin bakış açısına göre öğrenen örgüt ile eğitim liderliği arasında pozitif bir ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur. İlköğretim okullarında özellikle öğretmenlere hizmet verme, hizmet içi eğitim etkinliği ve öğretmenlerin mesleki gelişim etkinliklerinin yetersiz olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Ayrıca öğretmen algılarına göre, okul yöneticilerinin zaman zaman öğretmenlere mesleki gelişim sağlama görevlerini yerine getirdikleri, örgütsel öğrenme alt başlıkları ile öğretimsel liderlik alt başlıkları arasında pozitif bir ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur. Bu açıdan bakıldığında, okul liderlerinin örgütsel öğrenmedeki rolünün ne kadar önemli olduğu bir kez daha ortaya çıkmıştır.
In this study, the relationship between the learning organization and the educational leadership was studied from the teacher’s point of view. For this purpose, the examples of the study are made up of a total of 159 teachers, including 94 primary school teachers and 65 high school teachers currently active in the province of Ankara. The research data was collected through literary scan, survey and information form. The survey conducted by Schoßman (2004) for the purpose of research on the role of educational leadership of school managers has been determined as a data collection tool in this study. The data has been analyzed through the SPSS 20 statistical research program. At the end of the study, there was a positive relationship between the teachers’ learning organization and the educational leadership. In primary schools, it has been concluded that the service to teachers, the service-in-service educational activity and the professional development activities of teachers are insufficient. Also, according to the teachers’ perceptions, the school managers have found that there is a positive relationship between the subtitles of organizational learning and the subtitles of teaching leadership, where they occasionally perform the tasks of providing professional development to teachers. From this point of view, it has again revealed how important the role of school leaders in organizational learning is.
In this study, the relation between learning organization and educational leadershiphas been searched from teachers' point of view. To this purpose, 94 primary school teachers and 65 high school teachers, actively working in Ankara province, have been included in the study as the sampleof the population. The data for the research were collected through literature review, survey, and information sheet. The survey used by Şişman (2004) on school administrators' educational leadership has been determined as the means to gather data in this study. The data have been analyzed through SPSS 20. At the end of the study, it was found that there is a positive correlation between learning organizations and educational leadership from teachers' point of view.
