ÖĞRENCİLERİN SUGGESTOPEDİA ÖĞRETİM YÖNTEMİ HAKKINDAKİ DÜŞÜNCELERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Suggestopedia, bilinçaltındaki rezervleri harekete geçiren, öğrenmede rahatlıktan yana olan, iletişime önem veren, öğrenirken zamandan kazanç sağlayan, öğrencilerin farkına varamadıkları potansiyellerini ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlayan, duygulara hitap ederek öğrenenin duyuşsal alan davranışlarını motive etmeye dayalı bir öğretim yöntemidir. Bu araştırmanın amacı; Meslek Yüksekokullarında okuyan öğrencilerin, Suggestopedia (Telkin yöntemi) hakkındaki görüşlerini bazı demografik değişkenleri de göz önünde bulundurarak belirlemeye çalışmaktır. Araştırmada, nicel ve nitel araştırma yöntemleri bir arada kullanıldığından ‘Karma Model’ kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan ‘duygular’ ve ‘öğretim’ olmak üzere iki boyuttan ve 30 maddeden oluşan ‘Suggestopedia Anketi’nin geçerlilik ve güvenirlilik çalışması yapılmış ve Cronbach Alpha iç güvenirlik katsayısı 0.91 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre Meslek Yüksekokullarında okuyan öğrencilerin, Suggestopedia yönteminin temel özellikleri ile ilgili olarak çok az bilgiye sahip oldukları, modelin temel özelliklerinden bazılarını benimsedikleri, bu yöntemin bazı özelliklerinin öğretimde kullanıldığı ancak bazı özelliklerinin öğretimde her zaman kullanılamayacağı gibi sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır.

The purpose of this research is to try to determine the opinions of students studying at the Professional High Schools on Suggestopedia (the method of the selection) taking into account some demographic variables. In the research, the 'Karma Model' was used because quantum and quality research methods were used together. The validity and reliability study of the Suggestopedia Survey, which consists of two dimensions and 30 subjects, such as ‘sentiments’ and ‘learning’ used in the study, was conducted and the internal reliability ratio of Cronbach Alpha was calculated at 0.91. According to the results obtained in the study, students studying at the Professional High School have very little knowledge about the basic characteristics of the Suggestopedia method, they have adopted some of the basic characteristics of the model, some of the characteristics of this method are used in teaching but some of the characteristics are not always used in teaching.

Suggestopedia, mobilizing reserves in the subconscious in favor of comfort in learning environments, communication with emphasis, learning time benefiting students in order to reveal their potential can not realize, is a teaching method to motivate the affective domain behavior of the learner by appealing to the emotions. The purpose of this study Students studying in vocational schools, Suggestopedia some demographic variables that are trying to determine their views on considering. In the study, which is one of the descriptive method ‘General Scanning Model’ is used. Used in the study feelings and teaching the two dimensions and the 30 item Suggestopedia Survey’s validity and reliability study was conducted and Cronbach’s alpha internal reliability coefficient was calculated as 0.91. According to the results obtained in the study of the students in vocational schools, Suggestopedia regarding the main features of the method they have very little information, they adopt some of the basic features of the model, this method is used in the teaching of some features, but conclusions were reached as usual can not be used in the teaching of some of the features.
