Abstract:

Salname (yearbook) is arranged to detect the events in a year as an annual known. That show the existing state of institutions by the state and were recorded in order to determine if any changes made. In this way, a general opinion was created about the relevant institutions. In addition, having produced a Yearbooks coincidence that private institutions are also relevant to them. Yearbook issued by the State could be both public and private institutions. For example, the government Yearbooks given country's general information and the province Yearbooks contained information about only one province. As a government agency under the Ministry of Education issued its own organization, there is a yearbook. This yearbooks called Maarif Salname (yearbook of Ministry Education ) and it is published in the 1316-1321 (1898/1899-1903/1904). 1320 (1902/1903) dated Yearbooks currently not encountered. This Yearbooks every province across the country, in terms of teaching and learning status were recorded one by one. Therefore, we can be determined the existing potential of the state within the information of yearbooks that published by Ministry of Education. Yearbooks of the Ministry of Education can get a lot of information about schools and educational foundations. Even in the Yearbooks of Education, we can find records about type of education and training institutions, administrators, teachers, servants, students, libraries and given courses with printing presses and newspapers. In this study, according to the Ministry of Education Yearbooks will be given information about the teaching and learning activities Mamuratülaziz province.
