1936–1948 yılları arasında Türkiye’de küçük nüfuslu köylerin eğitim sorununu çözmek amacıyla dönemin yönetici ve eğitimcileri tarafından yürürlüğe konulan ve uygulanan köy eğitmen kurslarından birisi olan Pazarören Köy Eğitmen Kursu, 1938–1948 yılları arasında 12 yıllık süre içerisinde üç yıllık köy okullarına eğitmen yetiştirme görevini üstlenmiştir. Bu süre içerisinde, Yozgat, Kırşehir, Niğde gibi illerden eğitmen adayı almış, mezun ettiği eğitmenleri kendi köylerine ya da kendi köylerine yakın köylere göndererek binlerce köy çocuğunun öğrenim görmesinde önemli bir kültürel ve eğitsel katkıda bulunmuştur. Bu çalışmada 1938–1948 yılları arasında faaliyet gösteren Kayseri Pazarören Eğitmen Kursu’nun açılışı, yıllara göre kursa alınan öğrencilerin adı-soyadı, doğum yeri ve tarihi, görev başladıkları köy ve köy okullarının neler olduğu konusuna değinilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda birinci ve ikinci dereceden önem arz eden belge ve kaynaklardan yararlanılmıştır.
The Pazarören Village Trainer Course, one of the rural trainer courses implemented and implemented by the administrators and educators of the period in order to solve the educational problem of small-populated villages in Turkey between 1936 and 1948, took over the task of training trainer to three-year rural schools within a period of 12 years between 1938 and 1948. During this period, Yozgat, Kırşehir, Niğde have received a trainer candidate from provinces like Yozgat, and have made a significant cultural and educational contribution to the learning of thousands of rural children by sending their graduates to their own villages or villages near their own villages. In this study, the opening of the Kayseri Pazarören Trainer Course, which was active between 1938 and 1948, has been attempted to point out the subject of the names, birth places and dates of the students who took the course according to the years, what the village and village schools in which they started their work. For this purpose, the documents and resources of the first and second degrees of importance were used.
Pazarören village educator courses were established during the years 1938-1948 in order to find solutions to the existing educational problems by the authorities at that time. It fulfilled the task of educating village educators for the 3 year village school during the years of 1938-1948. During this period Pazarören village educator course got students from cities like Yozgat, Kırşehir, and Niğde and enabled those graduates to get employed at schools in their own villages or nearby villages. Thus performing a very important cultural and educational function. In this study, we tried to refer to the names of students accepted to the course, their date of birth and which schools they were sent to, during years in questions. In accordance with this aim sources of primary and secondary importance were used.
