CAN GÖKNİL’İN ÖZGÜN BASKI RESİMLERİNDEKİ TÜRK MİTOLOJİSİ İMGELERİ

Mitler ortaya çıktıkları andan günümüze değin ozanlar, anlatıcılar, tabletler, duvar resimleri, heykeller ve benzeri şekillerde yeniden farklı farklı biçimlendirilerek varlığını devam ettirmiştir. Bu biçimlendirmelerde mitler yeni anlatım olanakları bularak her çağda her uygarlığın kendi mitolojisini oluşturmasıyla da sanatın bir parçası halini almıştır. Türk mitolojisi de kendine özgü yapısı ile birçok sanatçının eserlerinde öznel bir bakış açısıyla yeniden yorumlanarak günümüze kadar gelmiştir. Türk mitolojisinin derin köklerine uzanarak efsaneleri, kadim inançları, büyüleri, vb. kültürel değerleri özgün baskı resim tekniklerini bir anlatım biçimi olarak kullanarak eserlerine yansıtmış sanatçılarımızdan birisi de Can Göknil’dir. Bu araştırmada Can Göknil’in özgün baskı resimlerinde Türk Mitolojisi imgeleri biçim, içerik ve anlatım yönünden incelenmiş ve Çağdaş Türk Özgün Baskı resmine yansımaları araştırılmıştır. Araştırma betimsel bir araştırma olup tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman analizi tekniğine uygun olarak konu ile ilgili basılı ve elektronik kaynaklar taranmış, müze ve özel koleksiyonlardan sanatçının eserleri araştırılmış, sanatçı hakkında yapılmış konuşmalar irdelenerek sanat eleştirmeni ve yazarların yorumları incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda sanatçının özgün baskı resimlerinde kendine özgü yöntem ve tekniklerle Türk mitolojik konularından esinlenen anlatımcı ve simgesel bir üslup oluşturduğu görülmüştür. Sanatçının eserlerindeki mitsel objeler çoğunlukla simgeler ve imgeler vasıtasıyla kullanılarak özgün baskı tekniklerinden gravür tekniğiyle üretilmiştir. Sanatçının Türk mitolojisinin tanıtımı ve çağdaş yorumlara taşınmasına yaptığı katkı açısından ortaya koyduğu özgün baskı eserlerin önem taşıdığı görülmektedir.

From the moment the myths appeared to the present day, they have continued to exist by re-forming in different forms in ozans, narratives, tablets, wall paintings, sculptures and so on. In these formations, the myths have found new possibilities of narrative and have become part of art by creating each civilization its own mythology in every age. The Turkish mythology has also come to the present day, reinterpreted with a subjective perspective in its own own structure and in the works of many artists. Leaving in the deep roots of Turkish mythology, legends, ancient beliefs, magic, etc. One of our artists who reflected their works using original printing painting techniques as a form of narrative is Can Göknil. In this study, the Turkish Mythology images in Can Göknil's original printing images were studied in the form, content and narrative direction, and the reflections of the Contemporary Turkish Original Printing image were studied. The research is an imaginary research and the scan method has been used. According to the document analysis technique, printed and electronic sources related to the subject were scaned, the works of the artist from the museums and private collections were investigated, the talks about the artist were conducted and the comments of the art critics and writers were studied. The research has shown that the artist in his original printing paintings has created a narrative and symbolic style inspired by Turkish mythological subjects with its own methods and techniques. The mythical objects in the artist's works are mostly used through symbols and images, produced by gravure technique from original printing techniques. The original printing works that the artist has shown in terms of his contribution to the promotion of Turkish mythology and the transfer to contemporary comments appear to be of importance.

Reaching to the deep roots of Turkish mythology, legends, ancient beliefs, magic, and so on. Can Göknil is one of the artists who reflected cultural values in her works by using original printmaking techniques as a form of expression. In this research, the images of Turkish Mythology in Can Göknil’s original printmaking were examined in terms of form, content and expression and their reflections on Contemporary Turkish Printmaking were investigated. The research is a descriptive research and sceening method is used. In the research, printed and electronic resources were searched in accordance with the document analysis technique, which is one of the qualitative research methods. As a result of the research, it was seen that the artist created a narrative and symbolic style inspired by Turkish mythological subjects with his own methods and techniques in his original printmaking. The mythical objects in the artist’s works are mostly produced by means of symbols and images and are produced from the original printing techniques by engraving technique. It is seen that the original printmaking that the artist has put forward in terms of his contribution to the introduction of Turkish mythology and the transfer to contemporary interpretations are important.
