KARDİYO BOSU EGZERSİZİNİN SEDANTER KADINLARDA MENSTRUASYON, STRES VE DEPRESYON ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİ

Abstract:

Kardiyo Bosu egzersizinin sedanter kadınlarda menstruasyon, stres ve depresyon düzeyleri üzerine etkilerinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Adet görme yaş aralığında bulunan 45 sedanter kadına 12 hafta süreli haftada 3 gün orta şiddetli kardiyo- bosu egzersizi uygulanmıştır. Egzersiz periyot öncesi ve sonrası algılanan stres ölçeği ve beck depresyon envanteri doldurtulmuştur. İstatistiksel işlemlerde student -t testi, Ki kare, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve LSD testleri kullanılmıştır. Egzersiz periyodu başlamadan önce kadınların %26,7’si düzensiz adet görmekte iken egzersiz periyodu sonunda bu oran %8,9’a düşmüştür. Çalışmada algılanan stres ölçeği puanı düzenli adet görenlerde egzersiz öncesi 28,87 ve düzensiz adet görenlerde 31,01 iken egzersizler sonrası düzenli adet görenlerde 26,10 ve düzensiz adet görenlerde 30,25 olarak bulunmuştur. Adet görme durumları ile stres puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur (p<0,001). Yine depresyon puanı düzenli adet görenlerde egzersiz öncesi 14,01 ve düzensiz adet görenlerde 16,06 iken egzersizler sonrası düzenli adet görenlerde 13,26 ve düzensiz adet görenlerde 17,25 olarak bulunmuştur. Menstruasyon ile depresyon puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur (p<0,001). Bel/kalça çevresi oranı egzersizlere başlamadan önce 0,81 cm iken 3 aylık egzersiz sonucu 0,77 cm’ye düşmüştür. Bu çalışmada kardiyo bosu egzersizleri ile sağlık riski azalması yanında hem stres ve depresyon puanı hem de adet düzensizliği üzerinde olumlu etki görülmüştür. Stres ve depresyon düzeyi puanlarını düşürmek yanında düzenli adet görmenin artması için haftada 3 gün 50-60 dakikalık orta şiddette kardiyo bosu egzersizleri önerilir.

It is intended to investigate the effects of cardiac bosu exercise on the levels of menstruation, stress and depression in women. A 45-year-old woman in the menstrual age range was treated with a medium intensity cardiovascular exercise for 12 weeks 3 days a week. Exercise periods are filled with the stress scale detected before and after the exercise period and beck depression inventory. Statistical processes have used student -t test, Ki square, one-way variance analysis and LSD tests. Before the start of the exercise period, 26.7 percent of women saw irregular menstruation, while at the end of the exercise period, this rate fell to 8.9 percent. The stress scale observed in the study was 28.87 in regular menstruations before exercise and 31.01 in irregular menstruations, while 26.10 in regular menstruations after exercise and 30.25 in irregular menstruations. There was a statistically significant difference between menstrual sights and stress points (p<0,001). Again, the depression score was 14,01 in regular menstruations before exercise and 16,06 in irregular menstruations, while 13,26 in regular menstruations after exercise and 17,25 in irregular menstruations. There was a statistically significant difference between menstruation and depression points (p<0,001). The ratio between the back and neck was 0.81 cm before the start of the exercise, while the result of 3 months of exercise fell to 0.77 cm. In this study, cardio bosu exercises and reduced health risks have shown a positive impact on both stress and depression points and menstrual irregularities. In addition to lowering the stress and depression levels, regular menstruation observation is recommended for 3 days to 50-60 minutes of moderate intensity cardiovascular bosu exercises per week to increase.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of cardio Bosu exercise on the levels of menstruation, stress and depression in sedentary women. Forty-five sedentary women, who were in the menstrual cycle, were given moderate-intensity cardiopulmonary exercise for three days a week for 12 weeks. The pre-and post-exercise period perceived stress score and beck depression inventory were filled. Student-t test, Chi square, one way variance analysis and LSD tests were used in statistical procedures. Before beginning the exercise period, 26.7% of the women had irregular menstruation, and at the end of the exercise period this rate decreased to 8.9%. Perceived stress score in the study was found to be 28.87 before exercise and 31.01 before irregular menstruation and 26.10 before menstruation and 30.25 after irregular menstrual period. There was a statistically significant difference between menstrual conditions and stress scores (p <0.001). Also, depression score was found to be 14.01 in pre-exercise and 16.06 in irregular menstrual period and 13.26 in regular menstrual period and 17.25 in irregular menstrual period. There was a statistically significant difference between menstruation and depression scores (p <0.001). The waist / hip circumference ratio decreased from 0.81 cm before exercising to 0.77 cm after 3 months of exercise. In this study cardiovascular exercises decreased the risk of health as well as positive effect on both stress and depression score and menstrual irregularity. In addition to lowering stress and depression level scores, middle-aged sedentary women cardio void exercises of 50-60 minutes 3 days a week are recommended to increase regular menstruation.
