Globalleşen, dijitalleşen dünya ve buna bağlı olarak gelişen yeni yönetim, üretim ve paylaşım modelleri, kamu ve özel sektör istihdamını da değiştirmektedir. Devletlerin küçülmesi veya küçülmek zorunda olması, hali hazırda öğrenci olan yeni neslin ekonomik öz yeterliliği bakımından girişimciliğini gerekli kılmaktadır. Girişimcilik kişisel özelliklerin yanında demografik özelliklerle de ilişkilidir. Demografik çevrenin girişimcilik niyeti ile etkileşim içerisinde olması beklenir. Bu çalışmada ülke ve kişi öz yeterliliğine; üretim yapma, istihdam sağlama, ticari gelir, ülke bütçesine katkı vb… etkileri ile katkı sağlayan girişimciliğin öncülü olan girişimcilik niyetine demografi ve çevre etkileri tespit etmek ve çözüm önerileri sunmak amacıyla hipotez geliştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın evreni Batman Üniversitesinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerdir. Anket aracılığıyla toplanan veriler SPSS programı aracılığıyla analiz edilerek değerlendirilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır.
The globalized, digitalized world and the new management, production and sharing models that evolve as a result are also changing public and private sector employment. The fact that the states are forced to diminish or diminish, the state makes the new generation of students, who are already a student, necessary for entrepreneurship in terms of economic self-sufficiency. Entrepreneurship is associated with personal characteristics as well as demographic characteristics. The demographic environment is expected to be in interaction with entrepreneurial intention. In this study, the hypothesis was developed in order to identify the demographic and environmental impacts of entrepreneurship, which contributes to the country and the individual’s self-quality; production, employment, commercial income, contribution to the country’s budget, etc. and to present solutions suggestions. The universe of study is students studying at Batman University. The data collected through the survey is analyzed and interpreted through the SPSS program.

The fact that states downsize or have to downsize is necessary for the enterpreneurship of the new generation who is already a student in terms of economic self-efficiency. The enterpreneurship is also related to demographic characteristics in addition to personal characteristics. Demographic environment is expected to interact with entrepreneurial intention. In this study, hypotheses have been developed in order to determine and offer solutions to demographic and environmental impacts on entrepreneurial intention that is precessor of the enterpreneurship that contributes to country and person self-efficacy through production, employment, commercial income, contribution to country budget etc. The universe of the study is the students at Batman University. Data collected through the survey were analyzed by the spss program and evaluated.
