So many results that aren't mine?

Öğretmenlerde Psikolojik İyi Oluş ve İş Yerinde Dışlanma İlişkisi

Öğretmenlerde psikolojik iyi oluş ve iş yerinde dışlanma ilişkisinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesini amaçlayan bu çalışmanın araştırma grubu, MEB yurtdışı sınavını kazanarak KKTC’de görevlendirilen ve seçkisiz örneklem yoluyla seçilen 42 (% 42) bayan ve 58 (% 58) erkek olmak üzere toplam 100 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında “Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği”, “İş Yerinde Dışlanma Ölçeği” ve “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin SPSS programında Mann Whitney U ve Spearman's rho analizleri yapılarak şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır: Cinsiyet ve branş değişkenlerinin iş yerinde dışlanma ve psikolojik iyi oluş üzerinde istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir fark oluşturmadığı; psikolojik iyi oluş ve iş yerinde dışlanma arasında ise istatistiksel açıdan negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract:

The research group of this study, which aims to study psychological well-being in teachers and the relationship of exclusion in the workplace in terms of various variables, consists of a total of 100 teachers, including 42 (42%) women and 58 (58%) men, who have been assigned to the MEB exams abroad and selected through unselective sampling. The data collection used the "Psychological well-being scale", the "Excellence scale at work" and the "Personal Information Form". The results of the data obtained by Mann Whitney U and Spearman's rho analysis in the SPSS program have been found that gender and branch variables do not make a statistically meaningful difference on employment exclusion and psychological well-being; and that there is a statistically negative meaningful relationship between psychological well-being and employment exclusion.
