Abstract:

Ahism was involved, which spring to life in Muslim Turk’s culture, significantly influence social and professional life of a values system along centuries. The aim of studying is developed a usable scale on specified tradesmen’s and craftsmen’s ownership levels of values of Ahism. Target population of the study is in customers are located in the city center of Kırşehir. The sample is constituted 280 of which are female, 527 are male, totally 807 customers. First in the scale development process, list of items is constituted with based on expert opinions and review of literature. The list of items is which also checked by the linguistics and made ready for implementation. Validity of scale on collected data has been viewed by taking opinions of experts, exploratory factor analysis and item-total correlation techniques. İn this frame, KMO value and Bartlett tests and Varimax steep turning technique are used. The items with a factor load lower than 0.45 were removed from the scale. The items on the scale is explained 68,438% of the general variance. İn addition to these, Confirmatory factor analysis was also performed on 260 different subjects' opinions. The reliability of the scale was analyzed by internal consistency and stability test. The Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient of your scale is 0.933. At the end of the study, it was determined that The Ahi-Order Values Scale was a valid and reliable 5-point Likert-type scale consisting of 32 items collected under 4 factors. Factors due to their content; are called The "Professional Standard Factor" (10 items), ‘’ People Relations Factor’’ (9 items), "Professional Development / Educational Factor" (7 items), and "Factor of Vulnerability" (6 items).
