Bu araştırmanın amacı pedagojik formasyon programına devam eden öğrencilerin bireysel yenilikçilik eğilimlerini, çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelemektir. Betimsel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma örneklemini pedagojik formasyon kursuna katılan ve tesadüfi yolla seçilen 254 öğretmen adayı oluşturmuştur. Verilerin toplanması amacıyla Hurt, Joseph ve Cook (1977) tarafından geliştirilen ve Kılıçer ve Odabaşı (2010) tarafından Türkçe’ye uyarlanan bireysel yenilikçilik ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin bireysel yenilikçilik eğilimlerinden “risk alma” düzeylerinin bayanlara göre erkeklerde daha yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Spor bilimleri öğrencilerinin ise sosyal bilimler, fen bilimleri ve sağlık bilimleri öğrencilerine göre “deneyime açık olma ve fikir önderliği” eğilimlerinde daha duyarlı oldukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bir işte çalışan öğrencilerin bulundukları ortamda ön plana çıktıkları, belirsizlikler karşısında yılmayarak güdülenme düzeylerini yüksek tuttukları ve yeniliği arayarak denemeye istekli oldukları bulunmuştur. Bu sonuç serbest meslek grubunda çalışanlarda daha etkili görülmektedir. Öğrencilerin okulu bitirmiş olmaları ya da son sınıfta öğrenci olmaları ve sosyal medyada günlük internet kullanmaları ile bireysel yenilikçilik eğilimleri arasında bir fark bulunmamıştır. Öğrencilerin değişmeye direnç gösterme eğilimlerinin oluşmaması olumlu yönde anlamlıdır. Öğrencilerin yapılan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmelerde kendilerinin öğretmenlik mesleğindeki tekno-pedagojik gelişmelere yakın olduklarını ve fırsat verilirse öğretmenlik mesleğinde etkili ve verimli olacaklarını söylemekteler.
The purpose of this research is to study the individual innovation trends of students who continue to the pedagogical formation program, in terms of various variables. The method of research is used. The research sample was formed by 254 teachers candidates who participated in the pedagogical formation course and were randomly selected. For the purpose of gathering data, the individual innovation scale developed by Hurt, Joseph and Cook (1977) and adapted to Turkish by Kılıçer and Odabaşı (2010) was used. The study found that the levels of "risk" of students from individual innovation trends were higher in men than in women. Sports sciences students have concluded that they are more sensitive to the tendencies of "open-to-experience and leadership of ideas" than social sciences, sciences and health sciences students. Students working in a job have found that they are in the forefront in the environment where they are, that they keep their levels of driving high in the face of uncertainty and that they are willing to try in search of innovation. This result is more effective in the workers in the free group of professions. There has been no difference between the fact that students have completed the school or become a student in the final class and their daily use of the internet on social media and their individual innovation trends. There is no tendency to resist students to change in a positive direction. Students in semi-structured conversations say they are close to the techno-pedagogical developments in the teaching profession and if the opportunity is given they will be effective and efficient in the teaching profession.
