So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Türk Edebiyatı Dersine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği: Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması
2015
Journal:

Abstract:

Turkish Literature Course Attitude Scale: A Study Of Validity and Reliability
2015

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to develop and then perform the validity and reliability evaluation of an assessment tool that will be used to determine the attitude of secondary education students toward Turkish literature classes. The study group consisted of 566 secondary school students attending schools in Erzurum city center during the 2014/2015 academic year. The factor structure of the scale was evaluated using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. A four-dimensional structure that accounted for 58.39% of the total variance was obtained, and the model fit for this structure was found to be adequate (X2/sd=2.42, RMSEA=.078, RMR= .075, NFI=.97, NNFI= .97, CFI=.97, IFI=.98, RFI=.98, AGFI=.92, GFI=.94). Internal consistency and two half-test reliability analyses were performed, with sufficient data being obtained to assess the reliability of the scale. A review of the literature reveals that the only study investigating the attitude of students towards Turkish literature courses is the study of Akcaoğlu and Saydım (2009), with there being no other studies on the subject. The study of Akcaoğlu and Saydım had used a questionnaire as assessment tool. Thus, within the frame of their study, they have not developed a new scale for assessing high school student attitudes towards Turkish Literature courses. Based on the results our study, it is possible to say that a reliable and valid assessment tool for determining the attitudes of secondary school students towards Turkish literature classes has been developed.
