Modern Türk şiiri, 1860’lardan bu güne çok çeşitli aşamalardan geçerek gelmiştir. Cumhuriyete gelinceye kadar Tanzimat nesli şairlerinin elinde, Divan edebiyatı konularının aksine daha dünyevi, beşeri ve sosyal konuları merkeze alarak yüzyıllardır sürdürdüğü geleneği, ilk defa olarak esaslı bir içerik değişimine uğratmıştır. Daha sonraları Ara Nesil, Servet-i Fünun ve Fecr-i Ati tecrübeleriyle birlikte söz konusu bu dönüşüm zaman zaman kesintiye uğramış olsa da 20. yüzyılın başlarından itibaren Mehmet Emin Yurdakul’un “milli romantik duyuş tarzı”yla karakterize edilen ilk programlı çıkışıyla beraber her anlamda yerli ve millî bir mecra bulmuştur. Söz konusu mecra, aynı duyuş tarzının gerektirdiği arayışlar sonucu 1911’de “Millî Edebiyat” anlayışı içinde “millî bir şiir” hüviyeti kazanmıştır. Devrin siyasal ve sosyal gelişmelerinin verdiği hızla da geniş bir kabul ve iltifat gören bu anlayış, yüzyılın yeni Türk şiirinin asli temellerinden birini teşkil etmesi ve hâlâ etkisi çeşitli tarz ve seviyelerde süregelen poetik bir çığır olması bakımından son derece dikkate değerdir. Bu süreklilik içinde Cumhuriyet Dönemi Türk Edebiyatının ilk yıllarından itibaren Anadolu halk şairlerinin izinde yine Anadolu’nun merkezde olduğu yeni bir edebî akım ortaya çıkmıştır. Memleket edebiyatı olarak adlandırılan bu akımın mensupları, ilk defa yakından karşılaştıkları Anadolu’yu insan dokusu, sosyo-kültürel ve sosyo-ekonomik hayat, tarihî miras ve tabii çevresi içinde edebî eserlerinde yansıtmayı ortak bir sanat anlayışı olarak benimsemişlerdir. Söz konusu akımın önde gelen temsilcilerinden olan Ömer Bedrettin Uşaklı’nın şiirleri üzerinde yapılan bu incelemede de şairin şiirlerindeki Anadolu/memleket gerçekliğinin görünüşleri tematik açıdan ele alınmış ve bu içerik unsurları şiirlerdeki genişliklerine göre insan, coğrafi mekân ve tabiat başlıkları altında incelenmiştir.
Modern Turkish poetry has come from the 1860s to the present day through many different stages. Until the Republic came, in the hands of the poets of the Tanzimat generation, the tradition that Divan literature, unlike themes, has continued for centuries, taking more worldwide, human and social issues into the center, for the first time has undergone a substantial content change. Afterwards, this transformation has been interrupted from time to time, along with the experiences of the Middle Generation, Fortune and Fecr-i Ati, but from the beginning of the 20th century, with the first programmed outcome of Mehmet Emin Yurdakul, characterized by the "national romantic sense style", he has found a local and national mecra in every sense. This mecra, as a result of the search for the same sensory style, won the award in 1911 in the concept of "National Literature" as a "National Poetry". This understanding, which is also widely accepted and praised by the rapid political and social developments of the revolution, is extremely remarkable in terms of the fact that it constitutes one of the original foundations of the new Turkish poem of the century and its influence is still a continuous poetic breakthrough in various styles and levels. Within this continuity, from the first years of the Republic Period Turkish Literature, a new literary flow has emerged in the footsteps of the Anadolu people’s poets, which is at the center of Anadolu. Members of this stream, called the homeland literature, have adopted the first time they met closely in Anadolu as a common art concept to reflect in human tissue, social-cultural and socio-economic life, historical heritage and, of course, literary works within the environment. In this review on the poems of Omer Bedrettin Uşaklı, one of the leading representatives of the current stream, the appearances of the Anatolian/land reality in the poems of the poet were also discussed from a thematic point of view and these content elements were studied under the human, geographical space and nature titles according to the widths of the poems.
The modern Turkish poetry come through the various stages of the 1860s to this day. It changed a substantial content for the first time contrary to issues of Divan literature based on more mundane, human and social issues the tradition continued for centuries which Tanzimat generation of poets in the hands until Republic. Even if this transformation in question was interrupted from time to time with Ara Nesil, Servet-i Fünun and Fecr-i Ati experiences, it found a channel local and national in every sense with characterized in Mehmet Emin Yurdakul's ''national romantic feeling style'' whose first programmed output since beginning of the 20th. Channel in question achieved 'a national poem identity result of searches required by the feeling and style in 1911. This understanding which a wide acceptance and compliment with the rapid of political and social developments of the period is a highly notable with regard to new Turkish poetry in the century that constitutes one of the essential foundations and its impact is still continuing to be a poetic era of variety styles and levels. In this continuity, a new literary movement which Anatolian folk poets in follow and still in the center of Anatolia emerged from the early years of the Republican Turkish Literature. The members of this current as entitled country literature internalized Anatolia in its social structure, socio-cultural life, socio-economic life, heritage and natural environment reflect in their literary work as a common understanding of art. The examination on the current's one of the leading representatives who Ömer Bedrettin Uşaklı's poems was discussed aspects of the Anatolia or country reality of poems in terms of thematic and this content elements was investigated on the width of poems under the headings of human, geographical location and nature.
