As in many branches of art, the translation is also about the translation and the narration of what exists. In translation, we see the text translation of what exists or what is thought. Participating in the idea that Umberto Eco's translation is "not between two languages, but always a change between two cultures", we ask the question of how the language, which is the expression of our feelings and thoughts, and the text that concrete this language, translates and describes cultural components from the original to another language. Of course, the common cultural values of the world languages are transmitted by the general lines from one language to another. However, in each language, in other languages, there are clear and non-equivalent words or expressions. This feature is not neglected and it is also seen as a problem in translation. The article emphasizes the fact that the translation of universal and national aspects does not always pass through words. The translation of national cultural components from one language to a different language brings with it the promoting, coaching and enriching of the subjects of the text to the read in different languages. Naturally, people express or think differently of life and values in language consciousness. It is not right to emphasize this difference as an unusual feature; on the contrary, if the national cultural components are taken into account, this feature can be considered ordinary for languages.
As in many branches of art, expression and transfer of given matter are concerned in translation practice. This attribute that spesific to art - transfer of given matter or thought - is observed in translation practice. Accepting Umberto Eco’s idea that translation “is not an exchange between two languages, but two cultures”, we are questioning how decribe and transfers language, which is expressing our feelings and thoughts and the text embodying this language, cultural components from the source language to the target one. It is obvious that common cultural values are transformed from one language to another in general terms. However in every language there are words and phrases which have got no equivalent in other languages. This feature isn’t ignored and in the translation is seen as a problem to overcome. In this article in the translation is emphasized issue about transmission of global and national issues aren’t always relevant to words. The transfer of components of the national culture from one language to another language and the subject of presentation of the text in another language bring culture’s promotion, fusion and enrichment factor. Naturally people think and express life and values differently in linguistic consciousness. It would not be correct to emphasize the difference as an unusual feature, on the contrary, considering the components of the national culture, this feature can be considered ordinary for languages.
