Tarih, folklor, sosyoloji, psikoloji, felsefe, ahlak gibi birçok alanı ilgilendiren atasözleri; deyiş güzelliği, anlatım gücü ve kavram zenginliği bakımından çok önemli dil unsularındandır. Kısa ve özlü bir dil ile genellikle tek cümleden oluşan atasözleri, çok geniş manaları ifade etme kudretine sahiptir. Yerinde söylendiği zaman düşünceye kuvvet katan bu sözlerde, dilin bütün inceliklerinden ve musikisinden istifade edildiği görülür. Sözlü edebiyat ürünlerinin başında gelen atasözlerinde hayata dair her türlü hadise, bütün yönleriyle ve renkliliğiyle yer alır. Bu suretle atasözlerinde Türk milletinin dini, ahlakı, anlayışı, ortak değerleri, zihin yapısı, hayal gücü ve zekâ parıltıları bulunur. Ayrıca atasözlerinde sözlerin, tarihî süreçte, milli dil ve düşüncenin harmanlanmasıyla kalıplaşıp yerleştiği görülür. Bu çalışmaya konu olan Emåal ü Ne?ayi?-i Türkì adlı eser, 1910 yılında, İran Azerbaycanı’nın Meraga şehrinde, Mìrza ‘Eline?ì Meragì tarafından yazılmıştır. Emåal ü Ne?ayi?-i Türkì’de, Arap alfabesinin harf sırasına göre dizilmiş olan atasözleri yer almaktadır. Söz konu eserde atasözlerinin, ağız özellikleri korunarak kaydedilmiş olması ayrıca önem taşımaktadır. Eldeki çalışmada, Emåal ü Ne?ayi?-i Türkì’de yer alan atasözlerinin söz varlığı konu edinilmiştir. Bu suretle, Emåal ü Ne?ayi?-i Türkì’deki atasözlerinde geçen kimi kelimeler hem tarihî hem de modern Türk lehçeleri ve ağızları ile mukayese edilmiştir.
His speeches that concern many fields such as history, folklore, sociology, psychology, philosophy, and ethics are among the very important language elements in terms of speech beauty, narrative power and conceptual wealth. With a short and meaningful language, the speeches usually made up of a single phrase have the power to express very broad meanings. In these words which add strength to the thought, it appears that all the subtles of the language and its music are used. In the words of the oral literary products, all kinds of events about life, with all aspects and colour, are included. In this way, the speeches contain the religion, morality, understanding, common values, mind structure, imagination and intelligence of the Turkish people. It also appears in his speech that the words, in the historical process, are formed and placed with the mix of national language and thought. The work Emåal ü Neayi?-i Türkì, which is the subject of this work, was written in 1910 by Mìrza 'Eline?ì Meragì, in the city of Meraga of Iran, Azerbaijan. In the Arabic alphabet there are the words that are sorted according to the letter order. It is also important that the words in the subject work are recorded and the characteristics of the mouth are protected. In the words of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: In this way, some words that pass in the emåal ü Whatayi?-i Turkì's speeches have been compared with both historical and modern Turkish speeches and mouths.
The proverbs that connected to lots of fields such as history, folklore, sociology, psychology, philosophy and morality are very important language characteristics in terms of expression beauty, eloquence and conceptual richness. The proverbs which usually consist of one sentence with a brief language have the power of expressing the wide range of meanings. When said in the right time, these sayings give power to the thought and we can see that they are made use of the music of language. All kinds of events about the life with every aspects and colorfulness are present in proverbs, the products of oral literature. So we can see the religious, moral, understanding, common values, mental state, imagination and intelligence glitters of Turkish nation. Also it is seen that sayings in the proverbs have become stereotyped with the blend of national language and thought in the process of history. Emåal ü Ne?ayi?-i Türkì was written by Mìrza ‘Eline?ì Meragì in Meraga city of Iran Azerbaijan in 1910. In the Emåal ü Ne?ayi?-i Türkì, there are proverbs ordered according to letters lined up of Arab Alphabet. In this manuscript it is important that the proverbs were written by saving the dialect characteristics. In this study, vocabulary of proverbs in the Emåal ü Ne?ayi?-i Türkì have been examined. Thus, some words in the work have been compared with historical and modern Turkish dialects.
