Abstract:

Islam has founded the concept of religious trade on the concept of service to society, transparency, honesty. For this reason, the halal gain was considered the basic principle of Islam and was accepted among the fundamental duties of the Muslim. It has also brought a number of orders and prohibitions in order to establish the understanding of trade in society on the mosquito basis. Some of these orders and prohibitions are made through the Qur’an orders and some of them through the Qur’an orders.
