In this study; it was investigated that independent variable influenced the employee to prefer 360 Degree Performance Appraisal System or Group Based Appraisal System Both of them are non traditional performance appraisal system In this investigation; employees desire to achieve job design satisfactory of the present performance appraisal system were used as independent variables These variables were suggested to have a designator effect on the research subject Consequently;groupbased performance appraisal systems had been prefered by employee related to anticipated variables
