Abstract:

In light of the facts that influence and trigger the use of technology in current art practices, the development and transformation of the artwork that establishes the connection between the artist and the audience has been quite rapid. The accelerated technological developments with the industrial revolution raise the question of how the artwork should be. Marcel Duchamp's 'Ready-Made' and the painting out of the toilet have gained a constructive structure, and with the development of technology, it has become an imaginary structure. When kinetic art emerged, the beauty of the movement and the logic that every artwork was moving developed, and Jean Tinguely made the works that he called Meta-Mechanic in this context. The artist who says everything is moving and there is no concept of stagnation believes in the necessity of change. Andy Warhol, who wants to make a machine along with Tinguely who wants to be a machine, has taken advantage of the consumer society’s metals to produce more and developed the idea of serial production and established an art workshop called the factory.
