So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı Dumlupınar Üniversitesi, İİBF, İşletme ve iktisat öğrencilerinin aldıkları eğitimin girişimcilik eğilimlerini artırıp artırmadığını ölçmektir. Buna ek olarak işletme ve kamu bölümü öğrencilerinin girişimcilik eğilimleri arasındaki fark olup olmadığı analiz edilecektir. Genel anlamıyla eğitim seviyesi yükselen bireylerin risk alma eğilimi ile bağımsızlık arzusu yükselecektir. Bu nedenle kendi işine sahip olma arzusuyla girişimcilik potansiyelleri artacaktır. Buna ek olarak girişimcileri başarıya yönlendiren en temel etmenler arasında içsel kontrol odağının olduğu da görülür. Literatürde genel kabul gören bu görüşler işletme ve kamu bölümü öğrencileri üzerinde sınanmıştır. Araştırmada t testi ve Annova yöntemi kullanılacaktır. Ayrıca girişimcilik eğilimleri cinsiyet ve kişilerin daha önce yaşadığı yerle, anne baba mesleği, yaş ile ilişkili olup olmadığı araştırılacaktır.
