The Ottoman State signed the Treaty of the Servant after the Trablusgarp War with Italy and lost the Trablusgarp as a result of the war. The twelve islands under Italian occupation have not been returned, although Italy has said it will return them. Before the Battle of Trablusgarp ended, the Ottomans entered the war this time with the Balkans that formed alliance between them. The weakness of the current government, the moral weakness and the army’s poverty have also made the defeat inevitable. At the end of the war, the Ottoman East lost its remaining territory in Eastern Europe, gave up its sovereignty over the Greeks, and left the fate of the Egean Islands occupied by the Greeks to the great states. Payitaht Istanbul was faced with the danger of Bulgarian occupation, and the period's Sadrazam Kamil Pasha, Padişah and the government were even scheduled to move to Bursa. In the Ottoman State, which has fallen into such a confident situation, the Warbiye Naziri of the period Enver Pasha decided in 1914 to carry out "Istanbul-Kahira-Alexandria airflight" in order to repair the lost prestige of the state, its morality and to show the state's ultimate and stronger ties with its support. In this study, where archive documents are used as the main data source, the idea and technical infrastructure of the flight has been tried to be studied in all aspects.
