BEN, MİMAR SİNAN! TEK PERDELİK OYUNUNUN BENJAMIN ROLAND LEWIS VE GUSTAV FREYTAG’IN GÖRÜŞLERİ IŞIĞINDA ÇÖZÜMLENMESİ

Bu çalışmada Turgut Özakman’ın Ben, Mimar Sinan! adlı tek perdelik oyunu Gustav Freytag tarafından Dramanın Tekniği/ The Technique of Drama (1863) kitabında ortaya konulan, beş bölüm ve üç krizden oluşan yapısal metin çözümleme tablosu olan Freytag Piramidi ile Benjamin Roland Lewis’nin Çağdaş Tiyatroda Tek Perdeli Oyunlar/ Contemporary One-Act Plays kitabının giriş bölümünde yer alan tek perdelik oyunların ana özelliklerinin belirlenmesine ilişkin veriler ışığında çözümlenmiştir. Freytag Piramidi’nin sekiz temel aşaması; serim, kışkırtıcı etki, yükselen eylem, zirve, trajik etki, düşüş, son askıda kalma ya da merak etkisi ve yıkım iken Lewis’nin ortaya koyduğu görüşler, tek perdelik oyunların konusu ve tek perdelik oyunların tekniği [karakter, olay örgüsü (giriş, gelişme ve sonuç), diyalog, sahne işçiliği ve sahne yönetimi] temel başlıkları etrafında şekillendirilmiştir. Çözümleme işleminin ardından elde edilen veriler ışığında eserin Freytag Piramidi’nin zirve basamağı ile sona ulaştırıldığı ve Lewis tarafından ortaya konulan verilerle uyumlu bir yapılanış sergilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

In this work, Turgut Özakman’s I, Architect Sinan! The one-wheeled game, which was presented by Gustav Freytag in the book The Technique of Drama (1863) and the structural text resolution table consisting of five episodes and three crises, and the Freytag Pyramid and the data related to the determination of the main characteristics of the one-wheeled games included in the entrance section of Benjamin Roland Lewis' Contemporary Theatre/ Contemporary One-Act Plays. The eight core stages of the Freytag Pyramid are shaped around the core titles of the series, provocative effect, rising action, peak, tragic effect, fall, last-stop or curiosity effect and destruction, while the views that Lewis reveals, the subject of single-ward game and the technique of single-ward game [character, event line (input, development and result), dialogue, stage work and stage management]. In light of the data obtained after the solution process, the conclusion was that the work was completed with the peak stage of the Freytag Pyramid and showed a structure in line with the data revealed by Lewis.
