Çocuk koruma sisteminde çalışan personel çoğu zaman travmatik bir geçmişe sahip çocuklara hizmet verirken örgütsel nedenlerden kaynaklı tükenme yaşayabilmektedir. Çocuk refahı personelinin tükenmesi ise çocuklara yönelik verilen hizmetlerin kalitesini olumsuz etkilemektedir. Korunma ihtiyacı içinde olan çocuklara daha kaliteli hizmet sunabilmek için tükenmeye neden olan faktörlerin belirlenerek personelin tükenmesini önlemeye yönelik örgütsel düzeyde düzenlemeler yapmak gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada örgütsel kaynaklı sebeplerden dolayı tükenme yaşayan personelin tükenmeye yol açan faktörlerin tespit edilerek tükenmenin önlenmesine kurumsal düzeyde alınabilecek önerilere yer verilecektir.
Children’s protection system staff often serves children with a traumatic history, while they can experience organizational causes of extinction. The extinction of child welfare staff has a negative impact on the quality of the services provided to children. To provide a better quality of service to children in need of protection, it is necessary to make organizational arrangements to prevent the extinction of staff by identifying the factors that cause the extinction. This study will include recommendations that can be taken at the corporate level to prevent the extinction by identifying the factors that lead to the extinction of the staff living due to organizational causes.
