Abstract:

Property headlines are assets made up of houses, residences, factories, airports, ports, etc. The houses that meet the need for accommodation within these assets have a great deal of money. In addition to the satisfaction of the most basic needs, real estate has become assets that can be considered for investment purposes today. Even in developed countries, real estate derivative securities are created and sold. The development of the real estate sector has increased the share of immovable value within the economy. Purchasing sales and real value search in exchanges have increased the importance of reports prepared by experts, neutral, reliable companies and experts and reflected the real value of the assets, according to the objective criteria of the analysis of bank assets due to the restructuring of the financial sector. In the application section of the study, the methods of exhibition, cost, income reduction were used.
