Abstract:

In this study, the town of Sivas was studied in the north-eastern coast of the town. The research area is located within the Sivas Evaporit pool. The area is bound by the southern Red, the western and northern Chermiksuyu, and the east Sofular skin. The study was carried out in the summer of 2013 in order to explore the dolins in the research field in detail. The study took advantage of large-scale geological and topographic maps, satellite images and weather data from the Sivas Meteorological Station. The obtained data was analyzed with the ArcGIS 9.3 software and a full distribution map was created. The field of research is semi-dry - a low humidity, mesothermal climate dominates. The sub-Middle Miyosen is the place of the ancient jips and the Quaterner travertenes forming them. In the field, both advanced dolins were found on the jips and travert. A large part of this problem has been resolved. But it was found in the large hole, as well as in the collapse. Dolins are concentrated on the ground and show a polygonal karst character. In the southern part of the village, it falls 110 miles to km2. With this field in the south of the Grand Village, the dolins gathered on clear lines and gained a directional karst character. The farms in the Dolin fields are quite limited and mostly correspond to the basins of the Dolin. Some of the basins are found in lakes and temporary lakes. As in the large hole valley, some dolines are found in the bottom of the dunes. The dolins and other carcassic shapes in the research field have a high tourist albey. These forms can be assessed for tourism purposes within the principle of protection. The proximity of the beach to the city of Sivas is an important advantage for local tourist events and especially student trips.
