Abstract:

In order to study the impact of the leadership attitudes of managers on employees’ business liabilities in organizations; considering the availability criteria from the private primary schools that show activity in the province of Gaziosmanpaşa in Istanbul, a special final primary school, special individual primary school, and special culture primary school, which was chosen through judicial sampling, has been carried out a comprehensive study on 108 teachers who work in the special primary school and special culture primary school. The study used the multi-factor leadership styles scale and employment commitment scale as a measurement tool. According to the findings, there is no meaningful relationship between teachers’ employment commitment levels and demographic factors (gender, age, civil status, educational status, branch, work time in the profession and work time in the institution); there is a meaningful relationship between teachers’ employment commitment levels and school managers’ transformative leadership behaviors.
