Abstract:

Ebussuud Efendi is an important religious religion that has marked the summit of the Ottoman century, and has solved the client issues with thousands of fetvaes related to domestic and external political events and all areas of life, along with the thesis and thesis of state affairs, and has been in the leadership position of the state and society. In a century in which the Ottoman-Safevi dispute occurred, with the hard fetvals he gave in his office for thirty years, this dispute also played an important role in gaining religious/political virtue. He, along with Kemalpaşazade, was also a person who determined the way the Iranian Shiilians were perceived in Anatolia. Among the thousands of fetvâs of the poet Ebussuud Efendi, there are many fetvâs related to poetry and literature, some of them are direct manzum fetvâs, some are literary answers to various questions asked about poetry, poetry, language and literature. Our work of his fate is still ongoing, and some of them have been presented before. In this study, the fetvages are presented in relation to poetry, poetry, language and literature.
