Abstract:

Today, as a result of technological advances, smartphones have begun to be used in all areas of life. Smart phones have begun to affect people’s lives both in an easy and negative way. With the use of smartphones, positive and negative situations have begun to be seen, such as the mix of information access, efficiency, work and leisure time. Nowadays, some people have become unable to separate from the smartphones. The life of people is influenced by objective and objective indicators. Smartphone addiction is defined as Nomofobia. In this study, the effects of Nomofobia levels on people’s lives, life satisfaction and work performance were studied.
