Abstract:

The quality of life determined by the mutual interaction of the social, economic and physical environment in cities is influenced by local and national policies and practices; therefore, the local governments have important tasks. This minvalde is the most important building stone of the local governments that serve within the framework of the principle of public proximity and locality. The aim of this study is to determine the impact of education, cultural and art services by the municipalities on the quality of life, to create a method for the development of factors that prevent the work from achieving the objective, the identification, negative factors and solutions to problems and services. In order to analyze the impact of municipal work on the quality of life; the continuously migrating anakent of Istanbul; according to 2017 TUIK data, the population has reached 314.670 and has seen a continuous increase every year until today, the Beylikdüzü district has taken the universe. The rapid growth of the population in cities makes it necessary to produce services according to the needs of culture, social, security, sports, recreation, housing, health, education, environment and transport. Therefore, the implementation of education, cultural and artwork in the cities in a framework of a plan requires a healthy process of the proper communication and management processes.
