Abstract:

In this study, the sports policies of the Turkish sport from the past to the present have been examined and the structural problems of the Turkish sport have been addressed and solutions proposals have been made. In this sense, the sports policies and development plans in the process from the establishment of the Republic of Turkey to the present day have been taken into the subject. In the collection of data, literary scan, the subject-related or in the official institutions and organizations, the archives in scientific studies are scaned in the digital environment and a visual method of work is applied. Our research has shown that the importance and support given to the sport today has been increasingly reduced in the understanding of the sport for everyone that is only used for elite sports and that the sport is a condition of the objectives in the outcome of the spread. At the same time, the body training lessons, which are the substructure of the conscious performance of sport, are reduced and these lessons are not given the necessary importance, the teachers who have been trained outside the body training industry have entered the lessons as well as in the sports organization, the people in different institutions have been seen as serious disadvantages before the sport.
