Çeşitli ima ve işaretlerle anlatılmış söz demek olan muamma genellikle manzum biçimde yazılmıştır. Bir zeka ürünü olan muamma metinleri zeka, çabuk kavrayışlılık ve çeşitli bilgilerle donanımlı olmayı da gerektirmektedir. Şiirde edebî bir sanat olarak uygulanan muamma ile birçok ismin künhüne vakıf olunmakta, kıvrak ve parlak düşüncelere zemin hazırlanmaktadır. Muamma metinlerinin makul düzeyde düzenlenmesi ve hiç çözülememe gibi bir özelliğe sahip olmaması beklenmiştir. Bir edebî tür olmakla beraber fetvâ kitaplarında da bazı fıkhî konuların manzum muamma biçiminde ortaya konulduğuna şahit olunmaktadır. Osmanlı fetvâ kitaplarında Arapça bir kıta şeklinde böyle bir örnek geçmekte olup bir nüshada bu muammayı çözemeyenin imametinin caiz olmadığı belirtilmiştir. Bu muamma, günlük hayatta en sık karşılaşılan fıkhi konuların daha etkili kavranmasında muamma kültürünün yerini ve önemini de ortaya koymaktadır. İncelediğimiz yüzlerce şiir, fevaid ve fetvâ mecmuasında söz konusu anonim manzum muammanın çeşitli şekillerde karşımıza çıktığı ve bazı kitaplarda sadece metni yer alırken bazılarında uzun şerhlerle açıklandığı görülmektedir. Bazı mecmualarda da bu muammanın önemi üzerinde durulup Türkçe tercümesi de manzum biçimde verilmiştir. Bu makalede bu Arapça manzum ve anonim muamma, geçtiği nüshalardaki şerh ve açıklamalarıyla birlikte analitik ve karşılaştırmalı biçimde ortaya konulmaktadır.

There are hundreds of poems, fevaid and fetva that we have reviewed, and there are many different forms of anonymous manzum treatment, and in some books only the text is included, while in some it is explained with long honours. In some of the mecmues, the importance of this treatment has been emphasized and the Turkish translation has been given in a manzum form. In this article, this Arabic manzum and anonymous muamma is presented in an analytical and comparative manner, along with the honour and explanations of the nuts it passes.
