Bu çalışmada, Senge’nin öğrenen örgüt ile ilgili beş disiplininin yeni girişimci işletmelerde nasıl algılandığı, bu disiplinlerin uygulanma durumları ve öğrenen örgüt ile işletme performansı arasındaki ilişki tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında KOSGEB Karabük Müdürlüğüne kayıtlı ve Yeni Girişimci Desteğinden yararlanmış işletmeler örneklem olarak alınmış ve anket yöntemi ile elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler neticesinde yeni girişimcilerde özellikle işletme sahibinin eğitim düzeyi ile işletmenin örgütsel öğrenme olma durumları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca kişisel hâkimiyet disiplininin işletmelerin ürün/hizmet performansı ve çalışan performansı üzerinde; zihni modeller disiplininin ürün/hizmet performansı üzerinde ve takım halinde öğrenme disiplininin ise karlılık performansı üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişkisinin olduğu anlaşılmıştır.
In this study, it is tried to determine the relationship between Senge’s five disciplines related to the learning organization in new entrepreneurial enterprises, the application of these disciplines and the performance of the learning organization. Within the scope of the research, the enterprises that were registered to the CES and benefited from the New Entrepreneur Support were taken as a sample and the data obtained by the survey method were analyzed. As a result of the analyses, it was seen that there was a significant difference between the educational level of the enterprise owner and the organizational learning status of the new entrepreneurs. In addition, on the product/service performance and employee performance of the individual discipline; it was understood that the discipline of mind models had a positive and meaningful relationship to product/service performance and team discipline on profitability performance.
