Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Yükseköğretim Kurumu Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanında liderlik özellikleri konusunda yazılan lisansüstü tez çalışmaların incelemek ve değerlendirmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini YÖK veri tabanında yer alan liderlik özellikleri konulu 136 yüksek lisans ve 14 doktora tezi olmak üzere toplam 150 lisansüstü tez oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre,fazla tezin 2014-2015 yılları arasında yayımlandığı ve bu konudaçok katkının Marmara Üniversitesi tarafından sağlandığı belirlenmiştir. Liderlik özellikleri konulu yazılan tezlerin genellikle yüksek lisans düzeyinde olduğu ve nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir.
The main purpose of this study is to study and evaluate the postgraduate thesis studies written on the leadership characteristics in the National Thesis Center database of the Higher Education Institution. The sample of the study consists of a total of 150 undergraduate theses, including 136 master’s and 14 doctoral theses, on the subject of the leadership characteristics included in the YÖK database. According to the results obtained in the study, it has been determined that the excess of the thesis was published between the years 2014-2015 and that many contributions in this regard were provided by the University of Marmara. It has been found that the written theses on the subject of leadership characteristics are usually at the master’s level and are used by quantitative research method.
