Dünya’nın en büyük ekonomilerinden olan Çin, geçmiş 40 yıllık süreçte önemli ekonomik ve siyasi başarılara imza atarak etki sahasını Afrika, Asya, Avrupa ve Latin Amerika gibi bölgelere kadar genişletmiştir. 40 yıl gibi kısa bir süre içinde ekonomik olarak kalkınmayı başaran ve bu ekonomik gelişmeyi kalkınmakta olan diğer ülkelere taşıyan Çin, bu gelişme hızını sürdürebilmek için enerji kaynaklarının çeşitliliğini ve güvenliğini sağlayan farklı enerji politikaları uygulamaktadır. 21. yüzyılın değişen ekonomik ve siyasi konjonktürüne bağlı olarak enerji politikalarını revize eden Çin, enerji alanında hem ulusal hem de uluslararası arenada yüksek miktarlı yatırımlar gerçekleştirmektedir. Çin’in bu gelişen düzlemde enerji arz ve talep güvenliğinin sağlanması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada Çin’in günümüz enerji yapısının analizi yapılarak bu bağlamda Çin’in enerji konusunda karşı karşıya kaldığı sorun alanları ortaya konulmaya çalışılmaktadır.
China, one of the world’s largest economies, has undertaken significant economic and political successes over the past 40 years, expanding its influence to regions such as Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America. China, which has achieved economic development within a short period of 40 years and has moved this economic development to other developing countries, is implementing different energy policies that ensure the diversity and security of energy sources to maintain this pace of development. China, which revises its energy policies due to the changing economic and political situation of the 21st century, is making high amounts of investments in both national and international energy. China’s energy supply and demand security in this growing level is of great importance. In this study, analyzing the current energy structure of China is trying to identify the areas of problems that China faces in terms of energy.

China, which revised its energy policies depending on the changing economic and political conjuncture of the 21st century, carries out high-volume investments in both national and international fields in the field of energy. It is of great importance to ensure the security of energy supply and demand in this developing plane of China. In this study, the current energy structure of China will be analyzed and in this context, it will be tried to present the problem areas China has to face in the energy field.
