Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı öğretmenlerin sendikal örgütlenmelere ilişkin tutumlarını tespit edebilmek amacıyla bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Yöntem: Bu amaçla oluşturulan deneysel form, uzman görüşüne sunulmuştur. Gelen dönütler doğrultusunda maddelerin kapsam geçerlik oranı .80’in altında değer alan maddeler çalışmadan çıkarılmıştır. Oluşturulan 31 maddelik deneme formu Sivas ilinde görev yapan sendikalı veya sendikasız 120 öğretmene uygulanmış, elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiştir. Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA) ise 250 ölçek üzerinden yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Deneme uygulaması sonucunda ölçeğin 22 maddeli, 3 boyutlu olduğu görülmüştür. Yapılan açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonunda ise faktör yükü düşük ve binişik olan iki madde çıkarıldığında 20 maddeli üç boyutlu bir ölçek oluşmuştur. Sonuçlar ve Öneriler: Bu çalışma ile eğitim çalışanlarının sendikalara yönelik tutumlarını ölçmek amacıyla bir ölçek geliştirilmiştir. Alanyazında yapılan araştırmalar sonucunda eğitim çalışanlarının sendikal örgütlenmelere yönelik tutumlarını ölçen yeterli veri araçları bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Geliştirilen bu ölçek eğitim çalışanlarının sendikal örgütlenmeleri üzerine araştırma yapacak olan araştırmacılara da yol gösterici olacaktır.
Purpose: The aim of this study is to develop a scale in order to identify the teachers’ attitudes towards trade unions. Method: The experimental form created for this purpose is presented to the expert opinion. In accordance with the returns, materials with a range of validity ratio below .80 are removed from work. The 31 material test form created was applied to 120 teachers employed in the Sivas province of trade unions or without trade unions, the data obtained was analyzed. The Opening Factor Analysis (AFA) is made over 250 scales. Results: The test results found that the scale was 22 matters, 3 dimensions. At the end of the factor analysis, the factor load is low and when two substances are removed, a three-dimensional scale of 20 substances has been formed. Results and Recommendations: This study has developed a scale to measure the attitudes of educational workers towards trade unions. Research results found that there were no sufficient data tools to measure the attitudes of educational workers towards trade unions. This scale will also be a guide to researchers who will conduct research on the trade union organizations of the training staff.

The 31-item trial form was composed of 120 teachers who were working in the province of Sivas, with or without a trade union, and the obtained data were analyzed. The Explicit Factor Analysis (AFA) was performed on 250 scales. Findings: As a result of the trial application, it is seen that there are 22 items and 3 dimensions. At the end of the exploratory factor analysis, when the factor load was low and the two overlapping items were removed, a 20-item three-dimensional scale was formed. Implications & Suggestions: In this study, a scale was developed to measure the attitudes of the employees in the training service to the trade union. As a result of the research done on the field, it has been seen that training staff do not have sufficient data tools to measure their attitudes towards trade union organizations. This scale will also provide guidance to researchers who will conduct research on trade union organizations of education workers.
