There are a lot of risks and threats that target human and state values in the new millennium too. In so much that today, no place and time period gives one hundred percent confidence to humans around the world. In this context, this analytical work discusses the Turkey’s existing military companies system with the preemptive paradigm, as an increased brand value, through the constant application of the Turkey’s private security. In the process, subtitles of the subject has been allocated to security, private military companies and Turkey's transition to this sector. The text is being resulted with a vision that includes deductive method by national and international qualitative studies. The article aims to contribute to Turkey's current theoretical security pool. Through the tactical objectives have been focused on the advantages of private military companies to build a new approach to Turkey's preemptive based private military-security companies. As a result, it is being tried to contribute to national security through the example of two private military companies that have been activated in Turkey.
