Abstract:

Education  faculties’  students  have  been  trying  to  gain  teaching  experiences  within  the  teaching practice at the different schools levels attached to the Ministry of National Education.  However,  in  the  present  case  even  same  section  students  have  been  trying  to  gain  teaching  experience in very different schools and sharing information with each other is extremely limited.  In addition, it is observed that the students didn't do share with instructors the necessary level.  Within  the  scope  of  this  study,  which  aims  to  reduce  the  negative  impacts  of  this  situation  by  developing an online system, it was attempted to eliminate these disadvantages. The purpose of  this  study  is  determining  the  teacher  candidates’  opinions  about  the  developed  internship  management  system.  The  qualitative  research  model  were  adopted  in  this  study,  it  were  demonstrated  the  advantages  and  disadvantages  of  the  system  with  pre‐service  teachers  opinions  about  the  developed  system.  Study  group  was  50  pre‐service  computer  teachers  studying  at  NEU,  Ahmet  Kelesoglu  Education  Faculty  Computer  and  Instructional  Technologies  Department  in  2015‐2016  Academic  years.  The  research  findings  were  revealed  from  given  answers  to  open‐ended  questions  at  the  developed  semi‐structured  form  by  researcher  was  analyzed with content analysis. According to the obtained results from the findings,  pre‐service  teachers  emphasized  that  they  satisfied  with  Internship  Management  System,  environment,  instructor  and  friend  interactions  made  a  very  important  contribution  in  the  process  and  get  instant feedback and instant help to others in need is very important at implementation process  through the system. The pre‐service teachers reported a positive opinion aimed at achieving the  integration of such systems into the process
