In this study is reseached flora of the Güzeldere valley and Tahir Mountains, located east-west direction 70 km in the west of Ağrı province in the Eastern Anato- lia and the data observed have been compared with the other studies made in this region. In the study it was determined 35 varietes, 105 subspecies and 618 species belonging to 316 genera and 78 families. In the phytogeogrophical distribution of plants is as follows: Iran-Turanien 35 %, Euro-Siberian 14 % and Mediterranean 2 %. The number of endemic species is 62, and endemism rate is 9 % of the total flora, and it is very resemble to flora of the Eastern Anatolia.
