Suriye’de yaşanan siyasi ve ekonomik sorunların bir sonucu olarak Suriyeli vatandaşlar kendi ülkelerinden göç etmiş ve yaşamlarını sürdürmek amacıyla farklı ülkelere sığınmışlardır. Bu ülkeler arasında Türkiye ve Almanya da yer almaktadır. Türkiye, komşusu Suriye’de baş gösteren iç savaş sonrasında Suriyeli sığınmacıların en çok göç ettiği ülke olmuş, bu durum Türkiye’yi dünyanın en fazla sığınmacı barındıran ülkesi haline getirmiştir.Almanya ise, sığınmacılar tarafından Avrupa Birliği ülkeleri arasında en çok tercih edilen ülke durumundadır.Bu nedenle araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye ve Almanya’da Suriyeli sığınmacılara yönelik uygulanan devlet politikalarına, sağlanan olanaklara ve yaşanan sorunlara ışık tutmaktır. Bu kapsamda, barınma, beslenme, eğitim, istihdam, sağlık, ruh sağlığı, sosyal uyum gibi süreçlere odaklanılmış ve iki ülkede yürütülen uygulamaların benzer ve farklı yönleri ele alınmıştır. Araştırma derleme makalesi olup YÖK Tez, Ulakbim, Ebschost, Google Scholar gibi veritabanlarında Suriye, Türkiye, Almanya, sığınmacı, politika, sorunlar, entegrasyon politikaları, psiko-sosyal müdaheleler anahtar kelimeleri kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır.
As a result of the political and economic problems in Syria, Syrian citizens have migrated from their own countries and fled to different countries in order to maintain their lives. Among these countries are Germany and Turkey. Turkey has become a country where many Syrian refugees have migrated after the neighboring Syrian civil war, which has made Turkey a country where refugees are hosted worldwide.Almany is a country very preferred among the countries of the European Union by refugees.Therefore, the purpose of the research is to keep light on the state policies applied to Syrian refugees in Turkey and Germany, the opportunities provided and the problems that are experienced. In this context, the focus is on processes such as housing, nutrition, education, employment, health, mental health, social harmony, and the similar and different aspects of practices carried out in both countries have been addressed. The research is a collection article and is prepared in databases such as YÖK Tez, Ulakbim, Ebschost, Google Scholar, Syria, Turkey, Germany, refugees, politics, problems, integration policies, psycho-social interventions using keywords.

For this purpose, scanning was conducted using the keywords “Syria, Turkey, Germany, asylum seekers, politics, issues, integration policies, psycho-social interventions” in YOK TEZ, Ulakbim, Ebschost, Google Scholar databases. In this context, this research is focusing on issues such as housing, nutrition, education, employment, health, mental health, social cohesion and the process has addressed similar and different aspects of the activities implemented in both countries. Obtained findings are discussed in the light of the literature.
