The aim of this study was to determine the physical and physiological characteristics Turkısh clasman soccer referees and to compare these characteristics of two regions (Malatya and Diyarbakir). There found no meaningful differences of them with age, body fat mass, 50 meters speed, aerobic capacity and the movement of reactions to the light (P>0.05). There found statistical differences of them about height, weight, flexibility, the reaction time to sport (P<0.05). The indication of their physical and physiological parameters is important and useful for the new researches and we believe that it will help to the Turkish soccer referees
