Anywork in an organisation contains many importance about its specialities, the quality of personality that's required bythese specialities and it has an importance about the possibility of its usebility as work appraise revenue by human resource units. During human life the most important decission is about the choise of the sector for working. However, this decission is not only limited by the choise of sector but its also about the kind of the business that's in same sector. In this situation to establish the specialities of creativity and conservativity of hotel organisation and to help the people who choosed the hotel busineses as an employement place, a practical research was done. In This research they have applied to the oppinions of human resource manegers; the works that are about front office, F&B, animation, public relation and the kitchen department that contains high density of relationship between the customers and workers requires creative characteristic specialities, oposite of this which are about the departments that doesn't requires diologs with customers are able to be choosen by the people who has conservative specialities
