So many results that aren't mine?

Demografik Faktörlerin Örgütsel Bağlılığa Etkisi: Bir Uygulama

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı demografik faktörler (yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim durumu, medeni durum ve çalışma süresi) ile örgütsel bağlılık bileşenleri (duygusal bağlılık, devam bağlılığı ve normatif bağlılık) arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır. Bu amaçla veriler Uşak Belediyesinde görev yapan 156 çalışandan anket yöntemiyle elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistik (ortalama ve standart sapma), Bağımsız Örneklem t testi, Tek Yönlü ANOVA Analizi ve Tukey testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda demografik faktörlerden cinsiyet ve eğitim seviyesi ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Ayrıca örgütsel bağlılık bileşenlerinden duygusal bağlılığın ve devam bağlılığının, cinsiyet ve eğitim seviyesine göre farklılaştığı belirlenmiştir.

Influence Of Demographic Factors On Organizational Commitment: A Study

Abstract:

The aim of this study is investigate the relationship between demographic factors (age, gender, educational level, marital status and job tenure) and components of organizational commitment (affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment). With this aim, data were obtained by a questionnaire technique from 156 employees working in Usak Municipality. Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation), Independent sample t-test, One-way ANOVA and Tukey Test were used to analyze the data collected. It was concluded with this study that there is a significant relation between demographic factors (age and education level) and organizational commitment in Usak Municipality. Also results showed that affective commitment and continuance commitment has a meaningful difference for gender and educational level.
