Traditional and alternative compensation systems for the efficient labor activity are analyzed. Peculiarities, advantages and disadvantages of the traditional and alternative compensation systems` of the machine industry enterprises` personnel efficient activity motivation are determined. Whilst strategic managing of the machine industry enterprises` it`s proposed to implement a system of key activity indicators (KAI) and a personnel stimulation system (PSS).
