Abstract:

For the successful functioning of the national economy it is necessary for a state to participate in external economic relations, which draws the increasing of the volume of international business. After determining the nature of relationships and selection of the target market cooperation it is important to choose the form of the international relations. The purpose of this research has been to investigate current forms and ways of international enterprise activity which enabled to specify, deepen the essence and classify forms of international business. The article has examined the nature and meaning of business and international trade, which summarizes international business as an entrepreneurship which is carried out between members of more than one country in order to get more profit or provide social effect with competitive possibilities and advantages. The research has contained the kinds and methods of export and import operations, which are significant different subject to the applying intermediaries in foreign trade activity. The article has described the advantages and disadvantages of foreign direct investment, which is one of the most popular forms of international business nowadays all over the world. The forms of international cooperation as a joint enterprise have been described, which represents different ways of international entrepreneurship. As a result of research the kinds of foreign economic relations have been generalized and author has concluded that subject to the necessity and size of the international cooperation international business can be carried out in such forms as exports (imports), joint ventures and foreign direct investment.
