Abstract:

The author conducts the retrospective economic and statistical evaluation of the main macroeconomic indicators of industry development and regional industrial complexes of Ukraine. The article characterizes the structural and dynamic transformation of the real economy and the possibility of solving the system, and universal problems of efficiency of its functioning in the resource constraints. The researcher identifies priority areas to ensure the development management efficiency of the mining industry and improving energy efficiency for the development and rationalization of the use of the state strategic potential under conditions of the permanent increase of socio-political threats to statehood. It is confirmed that the regeneration of the national economy and the transition state and its regions contribute to sustainable development need of increasing the scale of development potential strategic industries, starting determinant of which is natural gas rationalization of various etiologies.
