He joined Battal Ghazi with military activities in the Greek soil and was martyred in Hijri 113. According to the narration, the Umayyad commander Mesleme came to Bolvadin in 732 with a large army and he surrounds the Akrenon castle here. Abd al-Wahhab Ghazi's bravery was witnessed during the struggles against the Greeks. Abd al-Wahhab Ghazi encouraged the soldiers to continue fighting when he saw them running away. Abd al-Wahhab Ghazi was also busy with the hadith. He narrated hadith from Ibn Umar, Anes and Abu Hurayra. This hero who is not very well known, although he has done important services in the period he lived, should also be presented as an example for future generations.
